TSR Czech Republic s.r.o places a strong emphasis on the continuous modernization of the equipment of its facilities and processing centers. This allows us to provide the highest possible level of services to our suppliers and customers.

Our larger processing facilities in Plzeň, Hradec Králové, Olomouc, and Ostrava in particular are equipped with the most modern contemporary technology for processing scrap metals. This is mostly based on modern and very powerful hydraulic presses and shears from Henschel, Leimbach and Lindemann.

We secure the storage and manipulation of scrap metal on hard surfaces, mostly in insulated areas, drained through an oil separator. Our larger facilities are equipped with boxes for splinter management equipped with cutting emulsion flotation technology.

Our credo is based not only on the efficient processing of scrap metal, but also lies in the optimal collection and transport of scrap metal from our suppliers and their shipping departments to our clients. We operate our own fleet of vehicles for this purpose, primarily consisting of MAN and Volvo freight trucks with hydraulic arms, as well as working with external transport companies. We primarily use Abrol container systems for the collection of scrap metals.

Each of our company's facilities is equipped with a bridge road scale and a scale for minor purchases, mostly of non-ferrous metals. Selected facilities are also equipped with a scale on an iron railway and radioactive signalization system.
